Sammy! I finally have you right where I want you today… with me in my favorite spot under the Oaks on the Tiny Ten. CH and I are so happy to welcome you for this fun visit! You look so handsome in your red beret.

I want to thank Easy and Madi and Mom for making this visit possible. I also want to thank your Mom for letting you fly to MissouREE! After wine and niptini time we are serving BACON cheeseburgers… we will hold the cheeseburger Sammy and serve you BACON, BACON, BACON! And fish… if you so wish! So HAPPY you are here, Sammy! We love your furry Ginger Self more than words can ever say! Fly safely Sammy!

*Sadly Easy passed over the Rainbow Bridge Wednesday but his Mom and Dad wanted this Blog Hop to go on for Sammy. Easy is so missed. He was the sweetest, funniest Weim with a huge heart.
**I want to thank Madi’s Mom for her crazy fun editing skills and getting Sammy here at the Tiny Ten!

***I wanted to update this post. Yesterday Sammy flew over the Rainbow Bridge. This Come Fly With Me Blog Hop was to honor his courage and fight to stay with us. He is so missed.

    1. Well Hello Mr. Austin and Staff! Yes, I hear that Sammy loved a well mixed niptini so yes, what better way? Madi’s Mom helped get Sammy to MissouREE in the picture! Early morning for me, it has been nice “seeing” everyone!

    1. Tex, thank you so much for coming by! Sammy and Easy are missed. They were both very special in the pet blogging community. They were special to all.

I miss you, Tex. I understand so I am not even going to bug you and ask if you think you will be back. I couldn’t do it anymore so I really get it. I truly wanted to do this post. Who knows what I will do now, now that I remember what to do to get a post up.

I love having you as a friend, Tex. I have thought about emailing you but I didn’t want to bug you. I wish you the same thing… to be well and happy. I am always working on both of those… πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you for the visit! These days are sad and bittersweet but you are right the pet blogging community is an awesome force. Thoughtful, funny, supportive, loving… so many good things. I would probably not have gotten involved with the pet bloggers had it not been for Sammy and Pam. We have been without a kitty since 2009. I found Pam through another blogger and then found all the other good people at Sammy’s blog. It is a little strange since we don’t have a kitty but I love everything cat so I just enjoy all the blogs and commenting. I am looking forward to curling up on the couch later today and browsing Cat Wisdom 101… πŸ™‚

  3. oh Pix, what a delightful image – and so sad to hear about Easy and Sammy, even though i had never met either. i am sure both must be missed very much.

hope you had a good Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you! Timmy sends purrs. he says you can have the bacon – he will have the beef πŸ˜€

Timmy is now ten-and-a-half years old and doing very well. he has been told he is not allowed to get any older than he is. but then i guess he has no time to age. my big news from the summer was that he has written a book, and in the meantime another one for Christmas. lots of work but great fun.

trust you are keeping well too. good to see you blogging again. Timmy sends purrs.

    1. Hello Chris! I did not know that Timmy had written two books. I will have to come check that out. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I am wishing you and yours a New Year that is all that you want it to be! I can’t believe that Timmy is 10 and a half!
