Tricia’s Tuesday Barn Charm!

DSC_1519 - Copy
At last! The weather and my motivation for picture taking have joined together and I snapped this barn on the way to the nusery to buy flower faces for the Tiny Ten. Poor old thing. It has definitely seen better days and I don’t think anybody is giving it any love. I loved it enough to give it a chance for Barn Charm!

  1. So nice to finally see some sun here in Missouri!! Love the barn …I drive by one almost every day that is so neglected it’s starting to fall…but you know how MO back roads are with no shoulder at all and it’s on a curve from both directions on a relatively busy road where people drive way too fast. I”m afraid to stop and get a photo 😦

  2. You made it look like a dang palace with your treatments woman! Come to think of it, I haven’t seen barn charm at your place or T’s for a while. I have to admit I was barned out for a bit, LOL! Margie

    1. I don’t know about what I bought for flowers, it was The Mama we took flower shopping but I do have shots of the flowers at the nursery having a Spring Riot… πŸ™‚

  4. Happy to see Barn Charm again. This girl has weathered many storms and is still standing. It is an 80 year old woman who has seen tough times and still can find her smile.

  5. I love the mood in this photo. I remember as a kid driving through Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho and loving all of the old barns. back then I didn’t have a camera, but I wish I did.

    1. Thank you TBM! I thought the photo was ok until I saw it on my iPad and it was very dark. I do my picture stuff on my laptop. I love snapping old barns and Missouri has a herd of them. I need to get back out there on those dusty roads.. πŸ™‚ I am thinking the barns in the states you mention must be full of character and charm. I have never been to those states. Must google them for barns!
